The Role

As Senior Project Manager/Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, managing installations, and ensuring seamless delivery of multiple simultaneous projects across London. This is a senior, hands-on position where you will be trusted with significant responsibility and autonomy.

You will manage and coordinate subcontracted installation teams, initially working with a core group of trusted partners with the goal of expanding the team as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3–4 live installation projects simultaneously across London.
  • Oversee sub-contracted installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct on-site surveys, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning to final sign-off.
  • Act as the face of the business — building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to support operational planning and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives; the company will handle the marketing.
  • Help build and expand the installation team as the business scales.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Installation Manager or Sales Director within the KBB industry.
  • Strong understanding of installation processes, project workflows and client management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Flexible, hands-on and highly motivated with a “start-up” mindset.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to progress into Directorship.
  • Able and willing to travel frequently across London.
