About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to drive specification-led sales across the North West regions. The role focuses on housebuilders, high-rise developments, contractors, and commercial projects including hotel and leisure.
You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and specification through tender, order, and completion, while developing long-term relationships across the construction supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong regional project pipeline
- Secure specification sales with housebuilders, developers, contractors, and M&E consultants
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities using industry intelligence and networks
- Manage tenders, pricing support, and project handovers
- Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate closely with internal project teams
- Work with supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery from specification to site
- Use showroom events and training opportunities to support relationship building
Requirements / Skills:
- Proven experience in specification-led sales within commercial construction or interiors
- Strong knowledge of the construction process and supply chain
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and confident presenting to stakeholders
- Technical understanding of building regulations (bathroom or washroom experience desirable)
