Their team of skilled joinery specialists combines tradition with innovation to create exceptional, custom-made interiors for residential and commercial spaces. Their projects range from high-end cabinetry and architectural joinery to fully bespoke interiors—each meticulously crafted in their North Surrey workshop. They work with discerning clients, architects, and designers who expect precision, creativity, and uncompromising quality. The Role They are seeking a highly experienced Bench Joiner to join their expert team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled craftsperson who thrives on quality, detail, and bespoke work. You will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of custom-designed joinery pieces using both traditional techniques and state-of-the-art machinery. Key Responsibilities * Manufacture high-end, bespoke joinery items from detailed technical drawings and cutting lists. * Work with a variety of hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and sheet materials. * Use traditional hand tools and modern woodworking machinery to a high standard. * Ensure work is completed to precise measurements and exceptional levels of finish. * Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless transitions from concept to completion. * Carry out quality checks at all stages of production. * Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end bench joinery. * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, including CNC routers (beneficial but not essential). * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality. * A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for joinery.
