Operating from a modern showroom in West London, my client serves customers across the surrounding areas, representing a carefully selected portfolio of premium brands.
About the Role:
My client is seeking a talented Bathroom Sales & Design Consultant with proven experience in bathroom sales and design. This is a client-facing position where you will transform ideas into stunning, functional designs—and designs into profitable sales. You’ll manage your own pipeline from initial enquiry through to final sign-off, balancing creative flair with strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and inspire clients in the showroom, creating an outstanding first impression
- Take detailed client briefs including budgets and style preferences, translating them into visually striking, realistic designs that drive sales
- Produce layouts, elevations, and 3D renders using Virtual Worlds (or similar CAD software)
- Present and discuss designs confidently, negotiate effectively, and secure orders in line with sales and margin targets
- Maintain your CRM, follow up leads proactively, and manage your client pipeline efficiently
- Stay informed about the latest bathroom products, brands, and design trends
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to ensure a seamless sales process and showroom excellence
- Represent the brand by engaging with the local design community and promoting work through social media and events
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bathroom sales and design
- Strong understanding of bathroom brands, materials, and current interior design trends
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and margin targets
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Commercially minded with a creative, solutions-focused approach
- Confident managing appointments, leads, and communications independently
- Proficient in Virtual Worlds or similar design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
