We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support a fast-growing UK property management company based in Liverpool.

  • We are looking for the following specific requirements
  • Proven experience in UK property management, preferably HMO or supported living
  • Strong understanding of UK property operations and compliance processes
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience managing tenant, provider, supplier, and contractor communications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to attend scheduled remote team meetings

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

  • Monitor and triage operational inboxes daily
  • Categorize incoming emails and prioritize operational requests
  • Draft routine email responses and elevate complex matters
  • Liaise with housing providers, Housing Associations, and care operators
  • Track compliance documents and renewal schedules
  • Coordinate compliance renewals with contractors
  • Communicate with suppliers and maintenance contractors via email and Whats App
  • Monitor maintenance progress and update records
  • Attend scheduled virtual team meetings
  • Record meeting notes and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate operational activities between AI agents and the human team
  • Escalate urgent operational matters to the Directors
  • Support the day-to-day operational coordination of the business
