We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our fabulous team. You would be required to support whole class learning in the classroom and also support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis as required.

Qualifications- Excellent classroom practice and can lead a room and adapt provision to meet need.
- Experience and expertise in supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs and those with a diagnosis of autism, particularly with pupils who are pre-verbal or at the earliest stages of language development.
- The ability to support and develop communication-friendly and emotionally supportive environments.
- The ability to adapt provision for pupils with SEND and EAL, ensuring inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
