Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a PA to Principal/Office Manager. The salary ranges from £26,690.60 to £27,577.80 for 37 hours per week (during term time + 10 days). The start date is 01/09/2026.

Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective support to the Principal in all aspects of their duties.
- Manage the Principal's diary and line management of academy administration staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for complaints addressed to the Principal.
- Manage the administration of exclusion letters and documentation.
- Clerk Academy Council meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Liaise with the Local Academy Council and external agencies.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a PA role or suitable administrative experience.
- Experience of leading, managing, and motivating staff.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in standard ICT packages, including Microsoft Office.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., in Business Admin) is desirable.
