Salary (Actual Salary): L18 - L22 (£81,457 to £89,842 per annum)

Working Pattern: 1.0 FTE

Are you seeking a senior leadership role providing world-class management and direction, with a view toward becoming a future Principal? Join us as a Vice Principal, where you will lead one or more key strategic "Deep" areas (Learning, Experience, Support, or Leadership) and play a vital intervention and challenge role across curriculum areas and year groups. This Vice Principal role will lead Deep Support.

This position requires flexibility, commitment to rigorous continuous improvement, and the willingness to undertake consultancy work or even act as Principal in another academy/school as needed.
