Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough is seeking a dedicated Personal Development Centre Coordinator to lead our targeted provision helping vulnerable students. You will design and monitor intervention strategies to reduce suspensions and reintegrate students into the mainstream curriculum.
The role is 37 hours per week, term time plus 15 days, with start as soon as possible. You will work closely with staff, families and the wider Outwood family to raise aspirations and behaviours.
