Academy teaching assistants form a significant part of our team and provide that 1:1 or small group support to allow all students to access our universal inclusive classrooms. Our SEND Advocacy scheme has allowed the school to collaborate with many external agencies including the Autism Education Trust and Neuroinclusive Education Network, as well as being a key partner in developing the ‘Experts At Hand’ model in Sheffield. We encourage any prospective candidate to visit our school to see for themselves why our inclusive practice is at the heart of everything we do.
