Outwood Academy Foxhills is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Head of Modern Foreign Languages with the imagination and energy to drive excellence in the MFL department of an outstanding school where success in languages is a clear focus. We currently offer French and Spanish to GCSE with Year 7 students following our dual language curriculum.
This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent teacher and inspiring leader committed and passionate about providing young people with the best possible education whatever their background or ability. Leadership experience is not essential but applicants must be able to demonstrate the skills required to lead a department.
Outwood Academy Foxhills is one of 28 Secondary Academies in Outwood Grange Academies Trust. You will work closely with our dedicated team of School Standards and Improvement Partners in MFL who co-design the curriculum, provide model lesson resources, deliver subject-specific CPD and offer in-school support to ensure that quality teaching and learning leads to outstanding outcomes for all students.
