About the Role

We are seeking an energetic individual responsible for operational and administrative support to promote whole‑school attendance strategies, improve attendance levels, and reduce persistent absence in line with academy targets. The role falls under the supervision of the Attendance Manager/Education Welfare Officer and requires excellent communication skills, an ability to motivate and engage students and families, and a current UK driving licence with the use of a personal vehicle for home visits.
