Join us as an Admin and Reprographics Assistant, tasked with providing an efficient and up-to-date reprographics and learning resources service to students and staff. This role also provides essential, professional administrative support across the academy, offering confidential assistance to the PA to the Principal/Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- This dual role focuses on delivering an efficient reprographics and learning resources service.
- Key technical duties involve photocopying materials for staff and students, including internal exam papers, and maintaining all reprographics machinery, undertaking routine maintenance and ordering supplies.
- The assistant provides general clerical and administrative support, assists with internal and external meeting arrangements (including minute-taking), and administers the academy's postal system.
- Other duties include ordering stationery, managing academy displays, and liaising with the finance department regarding recharging.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess considerable experience working in an administration/office environment, specifically including experience using photocopying equipment.
- The role requires the ability to communicate effectively, build positive relationships with colleagues, and the critical capacity to respect and maintain confidentiality.
- Furthermore, proficiency in using standard ICT packages, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to work well under pressure managing competing deadlines are essential.
