Outwood Academy Bydales is an 11-16 school located in the coastal village of Marske-by-the-Sea, close to the North York Moors National Park with views of the coastline. We are proud of our tradition of serving the families of the community of Marske and surrounding areas. As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise students during short term teacher absences and assist in preparing the learning environment and materials required. You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher, set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Organise the daily cover rota for absent staff and contact teaching supply agencies to arrange supply staff.

- In periods where cover is not required, support in the classroom as directed.
