Working Pattern: 37 Hours Term Time only plus 15 days

Are you an expert in inclusion practice committed to ensuring every student, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), receives fully inclusive support? As the Inclusion Officer, you will ensure the academy strictly adheres to the SEND Code of Practice, leading the creation, monitoring, and review of tailored intervention plans (Wave 1, 2, and 3) to maximise the progress of vulnerable and disadvantaged students. This role involves complex administrative oversight, staff deployment, and direct student work.
