Outwood Academy Ripon has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will support learning through data analysis, strategic intervention, and monitoring to maximize student attainment. As a Learning Manager, you must have the ability to work effectively with students and demonstrate a genuine interest in addressing their issues.
Your responsibilities include monitoring and supporting all students in the year group academically and behaviorally. You will collaborate closely with the Inclusion Coordinator and the Leadership Team to improve student behavior, attendance, and outcomes. Day-to-day, you will work with students to help them reach their full potential.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines. The ability to work independently and lead by example is essential. You will also communicate professionally, promptly, and confidentially with students, parents, and outside agencies.
