Outwood Academy Adwick is seeking an Attendance Officer to drive whole-school attendance improvement. You will work across the academy with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver operational and administrative support, including home visits and late gate patrols, to remove barriers to regular attendance.
The role requires resilience and excellent communication with students, parents and external agencies, and alignment with safeguarding procedures to protect our pupils and support life chances.
