Working Pattern: 30 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only plus 5 days.
The role focuses on supporting student achievement across all learning platforms, delivering targeted interventions and high-quality learning activities to individuals and small groups, both in person and online. The Advanced Teaching Assistant will monitor progress, implement statutory development plans, and support diverse student needs, including those with SEND, EAL, and gifted/talented status.
Outwood Academy Easingwold is set on the outskirts of the market town of Easingwold. It is accessible from nearby areas. The academy is judged by Ofsted as “Outstanding” and is seeking an Advanced Teaching Assistant to join the team.
