Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a proactive, highly organised Work Placement Coordinator to lead the development of T-Level and vocational work-placement programmes. The role involves sourcing meaningful industry placements, building lasting partnerships with local employers, and supporting students, including those with learning disabilities and difficulties, to thrive in the workplace.

- Hours: 18.5 hours per week during term time plus five days
- Salary: £12,436.18 to £12,845.82
- Start Date: 01 September 2026
- Contract: Permanent. Part-time role with potential review during the 2026–2027 academic year; may increase to full-time position for September 2027.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the work-placement programmes for students on T-Levels and vocational pathways.
- Source meaningful industry placements and establish partnerships with local employers.
- Support students in securing and succeeding in placements, including those with learning disabilities and difficulties.
