We are seeking to appoint a Student Behaviour Administrator, with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality and values the diversity of the school community. You will work closely with our Deep Support Team to support students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential. Responsibilities
The role of the Student Behaviour Administrator is to be the gatekeeper of the consequences system. You will manage the procedures to log and track data to provide reports and accurate information for the Senior Leadership Team. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, be reliable, organized and conscientious, be a flexible team worker, and show initiative. The post involves contributing to a positive climate for learning and supporting the Wellbeing and Deep Support Team in delivering appropriate support to students.
