Teacher of Girls\’ PE (0.8fTE)
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and inspiring individual with a real passion for supporting the development of PE at Outwood Academy Danum. The role requires a teacher who is committed to encouraging all pupils to lead active lifestyles and promote excellence and participation in sport.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high‑quality, inclusive PE curriculum across all year groups.
- Support the ongoing development of the PE department and continually strive to improve attainment across PE subjects including CNAT Sports Studies.
- Make effective use of the new 604 m2 sports hall to enrich the PE experience for pupils.
- Promote teamwork, resilience, lifelong fitness habits and the development of positive social and emotional skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver enrichment opportunities that extend the core curriculum.
