Job Description

Being part of Outwood Academy City Fields involves providing high-quality opportunities and experiences to our diverse school community. We seek a dedicated individual who can engage meaningfully and support all children, staff, and visitors in their development and well-being.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experienced in working with children and families within safeguarding and child protection contexts. You should be able to manage a caseload independently, demonstrate strong time management, and have recent experience working with children, families, and social services in child protection.

This role is vital in safeguarding our students and enhancing their life chances. Emotional resilience and effective communication with visitors, staff, and students are essential, along with adherence to safeguarding procedures.
