Job Description
About the Role:
As an LRC Coordinator, you will raise the profile of reading through the effective management of our Learning Resource Centre. You will be responsible for managing, stocking, and acquiring resources.
You will work under the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team and the English Department. Good communication and listening skills are essential, along with maintaining respect and confidentiality at all times.
Through successful management of the LRC, you will support the school in raising student reading standards by implementing reading plans, supporting the school\’s improvement plans, and enforcing the school\’s LRC policies.
