Learning Manager

Salary: Β£26,112.58 to Β£26,980.57

Hours: 37 hours per week, during term time plus five days.

Start Date: This is a permanent role starting as soon as possible.

Outwood Academy Grange has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.

As a Learning Manager you must have the ability to work with students and have a real interest in breaking down the barriers faced by our students. You will monitor and support your assigned year group, both academically and behaviourally. This will include working closely with the Inclusion Team andthe Leadership Team to improve student behaviour, attendance and outcomes.

The successful candidate must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to lead by example are essential. You will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner.

The working pattern for this role is Monday to Thursday, 08:00am until 04:00pm and Fridays 08:00am until 03:30pm.
