In this role you will have leadership responsibility, both operationally and strategically, for the welfare and conduct of children and young people at the academy. This role requires an ability to communicate a clear purpose and vision, the experience to line manage a team to deliver impact, and a commitment to maximising the life chances and achievement of our students.
