Outwood Academy Bishopsgarth, part of Outwood Grange Academies Trust, is seeking a thoughtful SEMH Mentor to support Looked After Children.
The role focuses on emotional regulation, safe harbour, and enabling GCSE progress in a trauma-informed environment.
You will work closely with teachers and Stockton Virtual School, tracking attendance and progress, and developing tailored strategies that remove barriers to learning. 32.5 hours, term-time plus 5 days, £25,744 per year.
