Midday Supervisor

Outwood Academy Adwick is an 11‑18 academy based just north of Doncaster. In 2023 the school was graded Good in all categories in the Ofsted inspection. The inspection highlighted the school’s supportive and caring culture and the staff’s achievement of pupils’ full potential. The academy has received numerous awards, including the IQM Award, a three‑year IQM Centre of Excellence designation, and Silver Status by the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health Award.

As a Midday Supervisor you will ensure the security, safety, well‑being and care of the children is maintained during the lunchtime period. You will also promote the children’s social, emotional and physical development while outside the classroom.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day (12:15 – 14:15), term time only.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage children during lunchtime.
  • Maintain a safe and caring environment.
  • Encourage and support the social, emotional and physical development of pupils.
