Established in 2009, the academy was graded Good in all categories during the 2023 Ofsted inspection. The inspectors highlighted a supportive and caring culture, warm relationships, and high pupil attainment.
We are seeking flexible, dedicated individuals to manage cleaning duties during term time. The role requires strict adherence to health & safety standards and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for staff, students and visitors.
Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm), Term Time plus 10 days.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain cleaning standards across the academy, ensuring surfaces, floors, and facilities are hygienic.
- Follow health & safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment safely.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors.
- Manage time effectively to meet cleanliness requirements during scheduled hours.
Qualifications:
- Flexible and reliable availability during specified hours.
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is an advantage.
