Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to join Outwood Academy Ripon. The candidate will need excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students across various subjects. This role requires supervising whole classes during teacher absences and implementing work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff. The position is term-time only, with a working pattern of 32 hours per week.
