Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking a Bridge Coordinator at Outwood Academy Acklam. The successful candidate will manage 'The Bridge', our support hub, coordinating academic and behavioral resources.
You will work closely with teachers, students, and external agencies to promote self-esteem and academic growth. The role requires working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time, plus 5 additional days.
The position is subject to safeguarding procedures, including an enhanced DBS check.
