Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a proactive, highly organised Work Placement Coordinator to take the lead in unlocking brilliant career opportunities for our young people. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind our T-Level and vocational work-placement programmes.

You will:

  • Source meaningful industry placements
  • Build lasting partnerships with local employers
  • Support students, including those with learning disabilities and difficulties, to thrive in the workplace

This is a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week during term time, with a salary ranging from £12,846.69 to £13,269.81. The role is permanent, and there may be an opportunity for it to increase to a full-time position for September 2027, pending a review during the academic year 2026 to 2027.
