Working Pattern: 15 Hours Per Week or 22.5 Hours Per Week, must be able to accommodate working Fridays. Term Time only plus 5 days

This role blends operational duties, such as conducting home visits and late gate duty, with essential administrative support, requiring resilient engagement with students and parents to address attendance barriers.
