Salary (Actual Salary): Β£25,091 - Β£26,031

Working Pattern: 37 hours Monday - Thursday 7.5hrs - Friday 7 hrs Term time Plus 5 days

Are you dedicated to transforming the educational outcomes for vulnerable students through bespoke support pathways? Join us as a PLC Coordinator, where you will lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) and strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies relevant to specific student cohorts. This role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning.

Working as part of the personalised learning support team, you will promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students with a view to achieving full integration back into mainstream school. This is a challenging but rewarding role for the right candidate.

You will work closely with SLT and the Academy Inclusion Team to manage the PLC and provide appropriate and personalised timetables for individual students and groups. You will also deliver alternative courses to cohorts of students to provide them with relevant qualifications.

This role may appeal to Higher Level Teaching Assistants or KS1,2 or 3 aspiring teachers.
