- Implement tailored learning activities in partnership with teachers and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.
- Provide classroom support and manage interventions, including support for SEND and EAL students, and help develop individualized student support plans.
- Promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support, including for students with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
