Responsibilities

  • Focus on welfare and support for students to ensure they thrive in a positive learning environment.
  • Implement strategic interventions and monitor progress using data to guide decisions.
  • Manage complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to a safe, inclusive school culture.
  • Working pattern

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus 15 days.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in student welfare and support, with ability to work with external agencies.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; familiarity with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
  • Ability to monitor and interpret data to inform interventions and track progress.
