Role Overview
Join Outwood Academy Hemsworth as a Learning Manager. In this role you will champion student success by removing academic and behavioural barriers, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive environment, and collaborating with external agencies on complex student cases.
Responsibilities
- Focus on student welfare and strategic intervention.
- Implement data‑driven monitoring of student progress.
- Remove academic and behavioural barriers to learning.
- Ensure all students thrive in a supportive educational setting.
- Effectively manage complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies.
- Support staff workload reduction to enable a focus on student outcomes.
Working Pattern
37 hours per week (Monday – Friday), term time plus 5 days.
