Are you an experienced leader ready to take strategic and operational ownership of student welfare and safeguarding? As the Lead Learning Manager, you will manage the Learning Manager team, ensuring high-quality support maximises student attainment and life chances. This senior inclusion role involves acting as the Child Protection lead, championing positive mental health, and coordinating complex multi-agency interventions for our most vulnerable young people.

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus 5 days.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Learning Manager team.
  • Ensure high-quality support maximises student attainment and life chances.
  • Act as the Child Protection lead, championing positive mental health.
  • Coordinate complex multi-agency interventions for our most vulnerable young people.
