Role Overview

Join Outwood Academy Hemsworth as a Learning Manager.

In this role you will champion student success by removing academic and behavioural barriers, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive environment, and collaborating with external agencies on complex student cases.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on student welfare and strategic intervention.
  • Implement data‑driven monitoring of student progress.
  • Remove academic and behavioural barriers to learning.
  • Ensure all students thrive in a supportive educational setting.
  • Effectively manage complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Support staff workload reduction to enable a focus on student outcomes.
  • Working Pattern

37 hours per week (Monday – Friday), term time plus 5 days.
