- 1 position – 37 hours per week (Mon–Thu 7:45am–3:45pm, Fri 7:45am–3:15pm). Salary £21,280.34–£21,614.19 (annual).
- 1 position – 22.5 hours per week (Mon–Wed 7:45am–3:45pm). Salary £12,940.75–£13,143.76 (annual).
Responsibilities & duties:
- Provide reception and front‑desk services, greet visitors, answer telephone calls and manage enquiries.
- Perform reprographics duties – photocopying, printing and preparing school documents.
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with staff and students, providing support across the academy.
- Act as an active member of the academy's first‑aid team (training provided).
- Support a high‑quality pastoral care environment and contribute to students’ wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office; willingness to learn the management information system.
- Team player with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to relate to students.
- Member of the first‑aid team (training provided).
