As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising students during short term teacher absences and assisting in preparing the learning environment and the materials required. You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher, set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment.

- Organise the daily cover rota for absent staff and contact teaching supply agencies to arrange supply staff.
- In periods where cover is not required, support in the classroom as directed.
