- This involves conducting the daily 'Late Gate' patrol and maintaining the academy’s registration and attendance Management Information System, including operating the automated system for contacting parents regarding absence.
- A key function is direct engagement with students and parents to discuss reasons for absence, offering appropriate support and challenge.
- You will also prepare and present detailed attendance data for monitoring and reports, process referrals for Fixed Penalty Notices, and publicise attendance information through various channels.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing, and possess excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Proficiency in standard ICT packages, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel, is essential.
