This role is vital for maintaining accurate student records, coordinating complex documentation, and ensuring that staff have the crucial information needed to support vulnerable students.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the meticulous management of all inclusion‑related administrative systems, including updating and maintaining the SEN and Vulnerable Registers.
- Key duties involve comprehensive support for review meetings: collating staff reports, completing pro‑formas, and attending meetings to accurately take and circulate minutes.
- You will manage tracking and reporting on the impact of interventions and handle routine correspondence and telephone liaison with parents and external professional agencies.
- Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for exam access arrangement processes and invigilate students with access arrangements.
Qualifications
- Candidates must demonstrate considerable experience working in an office environment.
