Are you passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for students during their lunch break? Join us as a Midday Supervisor, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being, health, and safety of students throughout the lunchtime period. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining acceptable standards of behaviour and building positive relationships within the academy setting.
The hours of this position are Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day (12:15pm - 2:15pm), term time only.
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of students during the lunchtime period across the site, including supervision in the dining hall and other designated areas. This involves actively upholding acceptable behaviour standards by modelling outstanding conduct, manners, speech, and appearance at all times.
You will intervene in behavioural issues using positive behaviour management strategies to bring about improvement. Furthermore, you will assist in managing the dining environment, ensuring it is kept clean and clear from slip hazards by helping with tasks like clearing tables and tidying equipment.
