Outward in London is seeking compassionate supported living care workers to support autistic young adults and people with learning disabilities, helping them transition to independence while living in their own flats.

You will assist with daily living, community access, personal care and wellbeing, on an evening, weekend and bank-holiday rota.

No prior professional care experience is required; full training including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) will be provided.
