Location: Heath Common / West Sussex Out There RPO Ltd is seeking a motivated Repairs / MRO Executive / Administrator who is ready to make an impact in the aviation maintenance and repair sector.
This role sits at the heart of the repair process, providing essential administrative, coordination, and data management support to ensure repairs are processed accurately, compliantly, and on time.

Key
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the end-to-end management of aircraft component repairs.
Create, update, and maintain repair orders and associated documentation in Quantum and other business systems.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to obtain and share repair updates and documentation.
Monitor and review tasks and communications from the shared MRO inbox, ensuring timely completion and escalation when necessary.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports to support repair tracking and performance reporting.
Support compliance and audit readiness through meticulous record-keeping and document control.
Assist in the development and enforcement of departmental processes to ensure compliance with quality management standards.
