OutThere RPO is supporting a client in their search for a Global Sales Manager / Head of Sales based in Fareham. The primary purpose of this role is to understand, lead, inspire, and embed yourself within the Sales, Account Management, and New Business teams. You will work towards a 3-5 year scaling strategy for double-digit growth. Your main objective is to understand all aspects of the sales division, pipeline opportunities, and strategize for the broader business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
