OutThere RPO in Southsea is seeking an organised HR Administrator to support both HR and Recruitment teams, delivering essential admin and an outstanding client experience.

The role is ideally full-time, but a 4-day week would be considered. You will manage HR documentation and records, update systems such as Breathe, HiBob and Charlie, and assist with vacancy advertising, candidate screening and recruitment administration while contributing to multiple client projects.
