You will be accountable for ensuring that Salesforce delivers value across all customer-facing teams through scalable, high-quality, and relevant solutions. You will collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, designers, and cross-functional business units to design best-in-class CRM experiences. Partnering with Business Units, you will define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce across the company, leading the translation of business needs into a prioritized product backlog.
The teamβs key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and evolve the Salesforce user experience, data model, and configurations to support business processes
- Deliver automation, workflows, and integrations that drive productivity and enable accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Ensure data integrity and user adoption across the platform
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in product management, CRM systems, and stakeholder management. You should also be highly collaborative, thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
What will be required from you:
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, developers, admins, and business analysts
- Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce CRM
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and Finance to gather requirements and prioritize solutions
- Challenge existing CRM processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation
- Communicate the roadmap and deliverables across the organization
- Foster adoption of new features and workflows
- Define and track success metrics
- Own and prioritize the backlog and delivery process, partnering closely with the Salesforce admin/dev team
- Manage expectations across business stakeholders, providing visibility and clarity at each stage of delivery
Candidates with the following qualifications will be preferentially selected:
- Background in Product Management, Computer Science, CRM, Digital Transformation, or Business Process Optimization
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Understanding of CRM data models, user roles, profiles, and permissions
- Experience working with Salesforce Architects to deliver solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience in Agile environments and backlog management tools like Jira
- Bonus: Salesforce Certifications; Marketing or Sales background in a B2B organization
