Overview

We are seeking an EMEA Total Rewards Manager to join our team. The Total Rewards Manager will work closely with the Total Rewards team to develop compensation processes, tools, and programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and implement short and long term compensation programs and policies to support OutSystems’ business strategy, in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Total Rewards.
  • Remain current on EMEA compensation best practices and market solutions.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure competitive hiring packages and to monitor market conditions in real time.
  • Collaborate with the corporate Total Rewards team on annual compensation planning and global compensation and benefit programs.
  • Convert data outcomes into insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing internal compensation policies, guidelines and procedures, recommending revisions to maintain competitiveness and fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain the new job family structure including job leveling, job catalog, and market pricing.
  • Provide compensation consulting to client groups to meet business needs.
  • Review and harmonize the benefits offering (car policies, meal vouchers, insurance, etc.) across EMEA countries.
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication of total rewards policies across the EMEA organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships within EMEA benefits.
  • Incorporate compensation and benefits opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\’s Degree in a related field and 10+ years of compensation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, design and recommend market-competitive programs aligned to business strategy.
  • Ability to work with high-level individual contributors and leaders across multiple functions; track record of influencing at the senior leadership level.
  • Extensive experience with EMEA compensation best practices.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and distill complex issues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.
  • Workday preferable.
