Position Overview
The Pre‑Sales & Delivery Architect plays a critical dual role in the EMEA Professional Services organization.
The role bridges sales enablement and project execution, providing architecture blueprinting and technical scoping on the pre‑sales side and leading the technical delivery of complex Agentic AI and low‑code solutions on the delivery side.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Solution Delivery Managers to translate customer discovery into accurate, multi‑phased Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical roadmaps.
- Design and execute targeted technical demonstrations, architectural spikes, and interactive Po Cs to prove solution feasibility, especially around Agentic AI integrations.
- Conduct deep‑dive technical audits for AI‑readiness, assessing integration paths, data readiness, and guardrails for non‑deterministic AI workflows.
- Serve as the trusted technical authority during sales cycles, instilling confidence in client Enterprise Architects, CTOs, and other decision makers.
- Act as the Lead Architect on billable engagements, owning the technical blueprint for enterprise‑grade applications and multi‑agent AI ecosystems.
- Perform code and architecture reviews, oversee integration quality, and ensure adherence to enterprise performance, security, and scalability standards.
- Direct implementation of LLM orchestration, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) workflows on live projects.
- Package learnings into reusable delivery playbooks to enhance speed and quality across EMEA.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 6+ years of combined experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Technical Pre‑Sales, or Technical Delivery within an IT Professional Services environment.
- Proven success in winning complex software deals through technical leadership and delivering high‑value enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Deep expertise in the Out Systems low‑code platform, including advanced integration patterns, core architecture design, and performance tuning.
- Practical knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases (RAG), and data privacy guardrails.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery, defining MVP boundaries, and creating realistic work‑breakdown structures for SOWs.
- Dual‑mindset agility: ability to pivot between pre‑sales discussions and deep project delivery execution.
- Consultative & challenger approach, commercial awareness, and technical influence skills.
